Grilled Fruit Sangria

This sangria would be great in the summer when you get the abundance of fresh berries, but on a warm fall afternoon when sitting outside on a patio sounds like a great idea, this is just the ticket.

Grilled Fruit Sangria

- 1 lemon, sliced

- 1 lime, sliced

- 1 orange, sliced

- 2 c. frozen berries

- 1 c. white tequila

- 1 bottle of rose wine

- 2 c. club soda

Heat a grill pan.  Add the citrus and grill for about 2 minutes per side; just long enough to develop char marks.  Transfer the fruit to a pitcher and let cool.

Add the berries, tequila and wine to the pitcher.  Add the soda just when you are ready to serve.
