Not long ago, I was at one of my favorite hiding spots in D.C. By hiding spots, I mean the kind of restaurants that I know will be fairly empty at certain times so that I can just relax and read a book and let someone else bring me food. Anyway, they had a special of grilled shrimp and avocado. Simple, fresh, delicious. Perfect for making at home.
