- 1/2 c. crab meat (have your seafood person steam it for you, or do it at home)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 c. stock
- tsp. soy sauce
- dash fish sauce
- tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 scallion, chopped for garnish
Put the stock, soy and fish sauce in a small pot and simmer for 20 minutes. Add in the vinegar in the last two minutes.
Place the crab meat in the middle of a bowl. Dot the Sriracha around the crab.
Pour the broth into the bowl and garnish with the scallions.
