World's Best Guacamole

Treat number two from Sunday's Football Game, with plenty of leftovers for me today. 
World's Best Guacamole


- 4 avocados
- 1 roma tomato, deseeded and chopped
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
- Three limes, juiced
- 10 dashes of your favorite hot sauce
- Salt
- Pepper

In a large bowl, mix together the avocado, tomato, onion and cilantro.  I mixed the ingredients using a whisk in order to break up the chunks of avocado.  Add the lime juice and season to taste.

Preparation notes:  To deseed the tomato, cut off the top and gently squeeze so the seeds fall out of the tomato.  To remove the avocado from the skin, cut in half.  Using the bottom edge of your knife, stab the pit and pull it out.  Carefully, cut a diagonal pattern from each corner through the avocado using a paring knife.  Use a spoon to scoop the sections out of the skin and into the bowl.
