Roasted Olives

I think I could probably exist on olives and other pickl-y, brin-y things alone.  These olives are ridiculously easy and a great snack when you're entertaining.

Roasted Olives


- 1 lb. of olives; I like to get pitted to avoid people leaving pits everywhere
- 3 sprigs rosemary
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Scatter the olives over a baking sheet.  Chop the rosemary leaves.  Drizzle the olives with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and scatter the rosemary over the olives.  Bake for 15 minutes.  Remove and pour the olives into serving dishes.  These babies will be screaming hot, so warn your guests.
